Woke up early Saturday morning to water pouring down from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling! We called Charlie and he sent his Team over in under 2 hours. We were so impressed when they walked through the door in uniform with lots of equipment in hand and got right down to business. It's amazing how far the water can penetrate and while the drywall cuts were distressing to look, they were nice and clean and of course necessary. The fans provided for drying the moisture did the job and were removed on schedule. The guys were very professional. Hopefully, we don't need them again but would definitely call them again and recommend highly!

My upstairs neighbor decided to try to play plumber, and sure enough I had water damage in my condo. These guys came, contained, dealed with the asbestos, packed my entire house (twice) and did so in a timely and professional matter. What could have been a disaster was handled with amazing efficacy and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Our experience in working with SERVPRO of Santee / Lakeside was fantastic!Our water heater recently exploded and we had flooding in our family room, which was a pain, but SERVPRO somehow made the process seem easier than I had expected. We were very impressed that their crew arrived to our house in less than 2 hours and got straight to work.
