Bathroom Water Damage

The bathroom is one of the most useful rooms in the entire house. However, it can become a headache when a water source or leak is not easily noticed. For instance, in this image, you see a toilet and a shower enclosure. The toilet can leak from the supply line, overflow from the bowl, and possibly leak from the seal. The shower enclosure can leak from the shower valve, showerhead, and the pan.
