Water Damage Floor in San Diego

A customer had a broken pipe and the water migrated under the laminate floor. Almost all floating floors are installed with a moisture barrier and during a flood the barrier does not permit the planks to be dried in place. Our crew responded to assist a family that needed help with the water damage floor and the moving of contents. In most cases the furniture can be moved side to side in the room but in this case the insurance carrier requested the contents to be moved offsite to expedite the removal and replacement of the floor. Customer was very happy with how quick our crew came to action!
